I talk about cheesy images, icons and slogans all the time. Chess pieces, Scales of Justice and Pillars. However, what I am seeing a lot lately is cheesy stock image of people in the office. People sitting at a table pointing at or creating an in-depth strategy about who knows what.
It’s bullshit and it’s bad for you.
This image is so obviously generic. You are not only hurting your brand with these images, everyone knows they are fake and cheap. Is that what you want? People to think of cheap and fake when they look at your brand?
I want the best for you!
Although this image has nice diversity, no one in real life would show up like this. You are too smart for this type of treatment.
And that is the crux of it all. Real life. How do people show up in real life? Not some cheesy fake staged stock photo shoot.
You are helping people in real life, not on a set, so why not show the truth. It will set you free.
